If you’d like to consign clothing or accessories, please send us details and images or pop into our store for our team to assess and select items.

You can earn 60% - 85% from all sales:

  • 70% on all clothing sales
  • 60% on accessories under $1000
  • 65% on accessories between $1000 - $3999
  • 75% on accessories between $4000 - $9999
  • 85% on accessories over $10,000

As a premium reseller we offer a full consignment service for you. We have designed this to save you time and make you money.

You won't need to unpack, steam, tag or prep anything. The only thing you need to do is send us details and images online or bring in your items to the store for our team to assess. We take care of everything else for you.

If there are any remaining items at the end of your 4 week selling period, we will have them ready for your collection day. 

We accept and curate women’s clothing from mid to high end designers in new and excellent preloved condition. Items must be recently laundered by hand, machine wash or a dry cleaner service, and must be free from odour, mould, damage, faults and alterations.

We do not accept items from fast fashion brands, discount department stores and online discount marketplaces. We also do not accept Lycra, swimwear, costume, unbranded, vintage or homemade items. Dual Society reserves the right to decline items that do not meet this criteria.

Our expert team will assess, price and authenticate (if required) your items and present our pricing to you for approval. We recommend brand new items to be priced at a minimum of 30% reduction and all other items to be priced at a 30%-70% reduction. Remember, the goal is to declutter, rehome your unworn pieces, and earn some cash so items are priced to sell. 

Yes, we offer consignment for mid to high end designer shoes, bags and accessories for a 4 week period. These items must be authentic and in new, near new or excellent condition and are accepted on an individual basis. Please visit us in store, contact us via email or direct message us via our Instagram with photos and information regarding the item/s you’d like to consign.

We only accept authentic items. We appreciate receipts, authenticity cards, packaging and boxes where possible. All designer items will need to undergo an authenticity check through Luxury Authentication Australia.

We can complete the authentication process on your behalf for a $50 fee per item, and the certificate remains yours if the item does not sell. Dual Society reserves the right to decline any item deemed inauthentic. Please note Chanel pieces are $70 and Hermes can be up to $150.

Yes, you can access your account at any time via our portal using the email address you used to sign up.

Simply follow the steps sent to your email to log in. Once you are in the portal, you will be able to see your sales and payout information.

Payments are made within 14 days of your consignment ending. Payments are made into your nominated bank account which will be requested closer to the time.

Once your item has been approved our team will let you know when you can deliver the item to store. We accept items during store hours.

We accept consignments from around the world. We recommend posting items within Australia using Australia Post or a reliable courier service. If you live overseas, we recommend your local national carrier or a reliable international courier service.

Any unsold items will be gathered and de-taggged by our team, ready for your collection day. Items must be collected between 12 - 4pm on your collection day. If the consignor wishes to donate the remaining items, Dual Society can donate the items on their behalf.

If you are unable to make it to store on your collection date, please get in touch prior to make other arrangements. If no contact is made within 7 days from your end date, these items will be donated to a charity at our discretion.

We cannot hold consignments past their end date due to the amount of stock and space we have in store and with new consignments starting daily. Items must be collected on their end date as part of the consignment agreement or alternative arrangements must be made prior to their end date.

We will  contact you via email with  a final reminder to organise collection, and in the event another 24 hours passes and there has been no collection and no contact made by the consignor, items will be donated to a charity at the discretion of Dual Society.

All sales are final. Please contact our team if you have any questions regarding an item before purchasing, we are happy to assist you with any enquiries regarding sizing, material, care and styling advice. If a buyer feels an item has been grossly misrepresented online,  contact must be made within 7 days of receiving item.

Within Australia, all items are sent via Australia Post and tracking details will be emailed once shipped. During checkout you can select either Regular or Express shipping, and if items are over $1000 we recommend adding insurance.

Please know products sell quickly and item/s are not reserved when in your shopping cart. To secure your item, you must complete checkout.

We accept most card payments as well as After Pay.

Yes, when purchasing online you will have the option at check-out to select in store collection. Please allow 24 hours from purchase for collection. You will receive a notification email so please collect within 7 days of purchase.

We stock clothing in sizes 6-16 and footwear in sizes 36-41. The items available in each size vary daily due to the consignments in store at the time.

If unsure on sizing please contact us or refer to the the brands own sizing chart.

Dual Society requires items in store to be security tagged. We have security cameras throughout the store and any incidents will be reported to the police. We do our utmost to keep your items safe. We take no responsibility if an item is lost, stolen, damaged or if there is a fire, flood or water damage or other unforeseen events.

We understand things can happen - please contact us at hello@dualsociety.com.au no less than 7 days from your start date and we can move your start date for you.
